The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gotti feints and then cracks Cade's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cade down.
Carl Cade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Gotti counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Cade moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

and Gotti counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Cade throws a nice looking combination but Gotti bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

That was a close round but I would say that Carl Cade will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Carl Cade.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cade, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Carl Cade was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
