Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Caeser Augustus!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augustus will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Smith leaves Augustus with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Augustus shoots and misses
and Smith counters with a shoot takedown. Augustus fights it but they end up in guard.
Colton Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Caeser Augustus.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Augustus wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Smith wants to control from the top but Augustus keeps moving.
Augustus is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Smith on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Smith tries to get out of the position.

Augustus looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Augustus in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Smith can't do much from the bottom here.
Augustus passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Smith!
Augustus lands a big shot there that rocks Smith but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Augustus is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Augustus extends the arm and Smith is forced to tap!
