The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Askharzada feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Peltier sprawling to the canvas! Peltier rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Askharzada finish him?!

Peltier is rocked!

It looks like Roman Peltier has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Peltier drops his hands for a split second and Askharzada immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Peltier face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Askharzada follows up with a right hand that knocks Peltier into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sadaq Askharzada!
Sadaq Askharzada decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
