Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ikuo Hitigaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rebel Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rebel Lynch looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rebel Lynch!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hitigaki misses with a hook.
Lynch keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hitigaki.
Lynch on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hitigaki. Hitigaki obviously looking to wear him down.
Hitigaki avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hitigaki throws a head kick but Lynch moves out of range.
Lynch misses with a two punch combination.

Hitigaki gets a clinch.
Hitigaki taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Hitigaki pushes off an throws an elbow but Lynch leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Hitigaki controlling the action here for a moment.
Lynch has had enough of the clinch but Hitigaki keeps him there for the moment.

Hitigaki stalls.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Ikuo Hitigaki.
Hitigaki looks to land a left hand but Lynch moved out of range nicely.

Hitigaki instigates a clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hitigaki takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Lynch blocks an elbow strike.
Lynch is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hitigaki gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lynch struggles to land a body shot inside as Hitigaki controls his hands.
Lynch avoids the elbow strike from Hitigaki, against the cage.
Lynch wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Lynch looks winded!

Lynch gets control of Hitigaki's arms and successfully pulls guard. Lynch will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Hitigaki stands and steps away. Lynch gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Lynch has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Hitigaki lands a big head kick that sends Lynch tumbling to the mat! Hitigaki takes a step backwards and waves Lynch back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Lynch is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hitigaki throws a body punch but Lynch moves out of range.
Lynch is still on wobbly legs! Can Hitigaki finish him?
Hitigaki misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hitigaki throws a hook to the side of Lynch's head but Lynch sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hitigaki throws a head kick but Lynch moves out of range.
Ikuo Hitigaki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Horrible takedown by Lynch or perhaps it was just good defense by Hitigaki which made him look bad.
Hitigaki throws a nice inside leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Hitigaki.
Hitigaki throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Lynch crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
