The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooh!!! Silva has knocked ll down with a huge combo! Silva steps away and waves a wobbly ll back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Binge ll has been cut.

ll has a takedown stuffed.
ll goes for a double leg but Silva avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Silva continues to drive forward.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
ll wants to take the fight to the mat but Silva manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Wanderlei Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Binge ll.
ll is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Silva pulls him back up using the underhooks.

ll goes for a takedown attempt but Silva pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Silva throws a lazy uppercut
and ll counters with an outside leg kick.
Silva is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by ll.
ll shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Silva pinned against the cage. Silva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
ll moves out of range as Silva strikes.
Wanderlei Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
ll fails with an attempt to clinch.
ll is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
ll shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.
Silva moves out of range as ll strikes.
ll fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silva, pushing him back against the cage.
ll content to slow the pace in the clinch.
ll escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
ll with a strong takedown there and he's ended up in side control.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
A lull in the action here as ll stalls from top position.
Let's hope that ll has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Silva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for ll on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The crowd goes nuts as ll knocks Silva out cold with a massive hammerfist! ll Jumps to his feet and climbs on top of the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
