Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arto Byyri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Damage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damage is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Burritos - by Sublime. On his way into the cage it seems that Arto Byyri has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Arto Byyri seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damage shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Byyri sprawls well. Byyri wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Damage gets slowly back to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Damage is defended easily by Byyri.

Arto Byyri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Damage.
Byyri looks to throw the jab but Damage is out of range.
Byyri fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Damage looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Damage slips a straight right by Byyri.
Damage defending well as Byyri loads up on a big left hand.
Damage throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Byyri's waist but Byyri gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Damage off to one side.
Byyri throws a lazy right hand but Damage sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Byyri lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Byyri swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Byyri tries to sprawl but Damage drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Damage throwing shots but Byyri is blocking nicely.
Byyri knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Damage on the ground.
Damage perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Damage uses his free foot to push down on Byyri's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Byyri.
Byyri is in a horrible position here. Damage smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Damage lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Byyri is bucking up trying to escape but Damage cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Damage has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Damage loads up with a big shot that hurts Byyri! He's pulled Damage in close but Damage has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Byyri survive? More strikes from Damage and Byyri is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
