Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Hargrave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Test Protoype (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Test Protoype will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Protoype lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Protoype tries to clinch but Hargrave is having none of it.

Hargrave scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Hargrave working away.
Protoype is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hargrave asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Hargrave tries for a kimura but Protoype is defending well.
Protoype manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hargrave's best efforts.

Hargrave seems to be looking for submissions.
Protoype looks like he's trying to stand up.
Protoype flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Protoype is trying to maintain the position but Hargrave is very close to passing his half guard.
Protoype slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Protoype wants to sweep but no luck.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Protoype ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Hargrave is breathing heavily.
Hargrave takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Protoype drops his shoulder and cracks Hargrave with a huge uppercut! Hargrave goes down! Can Protoype finish him?

Hargrave is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Protoype is stalling in the full guard.
Oh Hargrave is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Protoype distracts Hargrave with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Protoype trying to control the position from guard on top but Hargrave is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Protoype trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hargrave's guard.
Hargrave seems to have got his legs back now.
Protoype thows a big elbow that misses.

Hargrave working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Protoype doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Protoype manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Protoype has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hargrave is proving hard to escape from.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Protoype accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Protoype lands a big head kick that sends Hargrave to the canvas! Protoype follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
