Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Ahmed Liva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Delaney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liva avoids a kick to the body.
Liva fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
An inside leg kick from Delaney misses.
Liva ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Delaney will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Liva looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A low kick from Delaney misses
and Liva counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Delaney circles away from the clinch attempt.
Liva blocks a jab.
Delaney rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Liva counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Delaney is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Liva moves into range and connects with a jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Delaney throws a chopping leg kick but Liva manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Delaney is looking to clinch.
Delaney misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Delaney misses with an attempted mid kick.
Delaney throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Liva counters with a nice uppercut that drops Delaney onto his backside! Delaney bounces straight back to his feet before we have a chance to even start the count. He'll get the standing 8 count anyway before we get back underway.
Delaney is rocked!
Liva connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Delaney's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Delaney - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Ahmed Liva!
