The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Dela Calzada sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Silva goes for a double leg but Dela Calzada avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Dela Calzada continues to drive forward.
Dela Calzada is pressed up against the cage. Silva has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dela Calzada down to the mat. Dela Calzada avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Dela Calzada looks to land a combination but Silva avoids it well.
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dela Calzada's waist but Dela Calzada gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.
Dela Calzada has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Silva is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Kett Dela Calzada is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Dela Calzada drops Silva with a beautiful combination! Silva stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dela Calzada is looking for the KO!

Dela Calzada grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Silva takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Dela Calzada cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

A relieved looking Kett Dela Calzada thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
