Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Abel Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akio Takada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Speed comes into the arena with Limp Bizkit / Break Stuff blaring out of the sound system. Takada has chosen Metallica - All Nightmare Long as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takada tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Speed is able to avoid easily.
Speed digs a good body shot into Takada's ribs.
Speed throws a looping overhand right but Takada ducks down to avoid it.
Speed lands a body shot.
Takada looks winded!
Speed throws a right hand that Takada ducks under and follows up with a left that Takada also avoids with ease.
Speed looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Takada ducks under a wild hook from Speed.
Takada throws a low kick but Speed moves out of range easily.
Takada moves forwards but Speed connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Takada misses with an uppercut. Speed saw that one coming.
Speed lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Speed throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Takada takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Speed dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Speed takes a swing at Takada's ribcage but misses.
Speed pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Speed just misses with a punch to the body.

Speed lands with a nice body punch.
Speed misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Takada.
Takada misses with a series of wild punches.
Speed connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Takada! He's out on his feet! Speed rushes in and drops Takada with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
