Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Scott Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Francisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Scott Frost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Francisco!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frost moves into range and clinches up with Francisco.
Stalling in the clinch from Frost.
Francisco is working for takedown but Frost is calmly controlling the position for now.
Francisco drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Frost gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Frost connects with a nasty looking knee right to Francisco's face.
Frost tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Francisco avoids it.

Frost ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Frost no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Francisco trying to control but Frost is working from the bottom.

Francisco thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Francisco gets to his feet - Frost follows without any prompting.
Frost tries to clinch up but Francisco circles away and keeps his distance.

Frost forces Francisco back against the cage and clinches.
Frost throws an elbow that misses.
Francisco is looking for a takedown.
Scott Frost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Francisco.
Frost tries to land knees in the clinch but Francisco avoids the damage to the body.
Frost working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Francisco is working for takedown but Frost is calmly controlling the position for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Francisco has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Frost is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Francisco tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Frost smiles and moves away.

Frost shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Francisco's guard.
Francisco is controlling Frost's posture.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Frost wants to pass the guard but Francisco is keeping the position.

Francisco working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Frost doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Frost manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Francisco is looking for a triangle but Frost pushes his legs off easily.
Frost would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Francisco is trying to keep Frost in close.
Frost has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Francisco lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Frost!

Francisco looking to control and managing it successfully.
Frost is trying desperately to improve position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Francisco looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chris Francisco dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.



Frost is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Francisco's half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Frost wants to lay and pray for a moment but Francisco keeps working.
Francisco gets full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Francisco striking off his back but it's not causing Frost any problems.
Francisco is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Francisco has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Frost defend it? Francisco steps over the head and cranks it - Frost is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Francisco!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Chris Francisco!
