Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Simo Supermies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Tamad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Supermies comes into the arena with D12 - Fight Music blaring out of the sound system. Tamad comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Joker kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamad slips a jab from Supermies.
Supermies throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Supermies takes one on the button.
It looks like Simo Supermies has been cut.
Supermies misses with a low kick.
Supermies throws a shot from downtown. Tamad moves away and avoids it.
Tamad looks to land a body kick but Supermies moved away.
Tamad uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Supermies.
Supermies throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Supermies scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Tamad pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Juan Tamad seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Supermies shoots in looking for a takedown. Tamad tries to sprawl out of it but Supermies keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tamad manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tamad looks to score with a jab to the body but Supermies is just out of range.

Tamad ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Tamad.
Tamad shoots for a takedown but Supermies saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Supermies closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
That kick from Supermies tenderised Tamad's leg. Tamad is trying to keep his angry face on.
Tamad shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Supermies's guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Supermies has his foot on Tamad's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tamad works his way back into a safe position though.

Supermies escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tamad gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Supermies is looking to stand up but Tamad isn't so interested in that idea.

Supermies uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Good leg kick by Tamad there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Supermies gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Supermies is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
A slapping leg kick lands for Tamad.
Tamad misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Supermies takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Supermies's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tamad connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Supermies scrambles back to his feet.

Supermies feints and as Tamad raises his hands in defense, Supermies changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Supermies is in a horrible position here. Tamad smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Tamad unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Supermies wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Tamad celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
