The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gregory shoots in but Redondo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
John Gregory seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Redondo shoots in and bounces Gregory off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Redondo lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Redondo seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Gregory for as long as he can get away with.

The referee asks Redondo politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Redondo prefers to stall for the moment though.

Redondo cracks Gregory with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Redondo immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Gregory is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Redondo!
