Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Angelo Charles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raj Jaipur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raj Jaipur!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jaipur closes the distance and pushes Charles back into the cage.
Jaipur wants to take the fight to the mat but Charles manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Jaipur shoots in but Charles avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jaipur closes the distance and clinches up with Charles, looking for a takedown. Jaipur pushes Charles against the cage but Charles circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Charles throws a front kick that sends Jaipur stumbling back into the cage.
Charles shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jaipur sprawls well. Jaipur wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Charles gets slowly back to his feet.
Charles lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jaipur enables Charles to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jaipur manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Charles thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Charles drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Charles jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
