The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tonga misses with a low kick.
Oijeer moves out of range as Tonga throws a body kick.
Oijeer tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tonga paws at him with a jab and circles away.

It looks like Solomon Tonga has been cut.

Tonga is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Oijeer has Tonga pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Tonga is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Oijeer - that's hurt Tonga badly! Oh, another knee lands and Tonga is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Tonga doesn't seem to be complaining.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Rarek Oijeer!
In his post fight interview, Rarek Oijeer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
