Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jared Kincaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Barbaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barbaro has chosen Fight - Future World Music as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbaro lands an overhand right.
Barbaro lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kincaid circles away quickly and effectively.
A jab from Barbaro finds it's way through Kincaid's defenses.
Barbaro swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Barbaro throws a head kick that misses.
Barbaro fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kincaid manages to avoid it.

Kincaid shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Barbaro pinned against the cage. Barbaro gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Joe Barbaro hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Kincaid shoots for a takedown but Barbaro saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Kincaid changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Barbaro tries to avoid it but Kincaid manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Barbaro to the ground. Barbaro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Barbaro has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
Kincaid throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Barbaro's waist but Barbaro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kincaid off to one side.

Barbaro will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Kincaid throws a strike but Barbaro rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Kincaid is trying to keep Barbaro in close.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Barbaro with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kincaid lands with a kick to the temple. Barbaro shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Joe Barbaro has been cut.
Barbaro leaves Kincaid with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kincaid blocks a low kick nicely.
Kincaid darts in looking for a takedown but Barbaro gets double underhooks and turns Kincaid into the cage.
Kincaid has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Barbaro after a bit of a struggle.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kincaid tries to score a power double leg takedown but Barbaro sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kincaid somewhat.

Oh Kincaid is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kincaid throws a right hand that Barbaro ducks under and follows up with a left that Barbaro also avoids with ease.
Kincaid seems to have got his legs back now.
Kincaid misses with a takedown attempt - Barbaro sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Oooooh!!! Barbaro has knocked Kincaid down with a huge combo! Barbaro steps away and waves a wobbly Kincaid back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Barbaro drops Kincaid onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Kincaid is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Barbaro pushes Kincaid back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Barbaro lands a big knee to the head and Kincaid goes down! Barbaro pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
