Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osam Laden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long walks into a straight right hand from Laden.
It looks like Ronald Long has been cut.
Laden lands with a right hand.
Long tries to clinch there but Laden circles away.
A nice combination there by Laden.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Long tries to clinch but Laden is having none of it.
Laden lands a head shot.
Laden moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Long throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Laden's waist but Laden gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Long off to one side.
Good leg kick by Laden there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Laden misses with a head kick.
Laden fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Long is breathing heavily.
Long gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Laden gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Long is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Osam Laden!
