Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Arunas Samusiovas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Torres's choice of entrance music: When the Shit Goes Down . Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samusiovas scores with a jab to the jaw.
Torres lands a body shot.
Torres misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Samusiovas counters with a straight right hand.
Torres scores with the left hand. Samusiovas knows he should have avoided that one.
Torres fails with an attempt to clinch.
Torres throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Torres connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Arunas Samusiovas has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Torres has had enough of the clinch but Samusiovas keeps him there for the moment.

and Samusiovas counters with a perfect left hook, dropping Samusiovas to the canvas. He tries to get back up quickly but his equilibrium is all over the place! He's up... he's back down again! There's no need for a count as the referee calls off the bout!
