Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawkman tries to clinch but Hentes is having none of it.
Hawkman misses with a double jab
so Hentes counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Hawkman working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Hentes.
Hawkman is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Hentes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Hentes won't allow Hawkman to get back to his feet.
Hawkman has momentary wrist control but Hentes slips an elbow through the middle.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hentes working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hawkman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hentes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hentes loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hawkman controls Hentes momentarily but Hentes frees himself.
Hentes throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hawkman works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Hentes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Hawkman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Hentes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hentes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hentes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hentes is looking to work some ground and pound but Hawkman has wrist control.
Hawkman utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hentes drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hawkman manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hentes has Hawkman in his guard.
Hawkman not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Hawkman would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Hentes working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Hawkman has passed into half guard!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hawkman slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Hentes has his feet on Hawkman's thighs here. He's pushed Hawkman off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Hawkman screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
