The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franco with a poor takedown
and Van Buren counters with a nice uppercut.
Franco looks for a takedown but Van Buren sprawls well.
A nice combination there by Van Buren.
Good standup being displayed there by Van Buren as he connects with a hook.

Franco is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Franco dives in and grabs Van Buren's left leg, looking for a takedown. Van Buren pushes down on Franco's head and hops out.
Oh Franco is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Franco shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Van Buren counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Franco off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Van Buren follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Franco was out before he hit the floor.
