Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adonis Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thompson comes to the cage accompanied by Oasis - Fuckin' In The Bushes. Stevenson has chosen F*ck the Otherside as his entrance music. Adonis Stevenson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Thompson duly obliges.

Stevenson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thompson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Thompson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Stevenson asserts his dominance and retains side control.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to David Thompson.
