The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero throws a jab but it's blocked by Cuban.
Romero misses the jab.
Cuban shoots for a double leg takedown but Romero sprawls well. He's pushed Cuban's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cuban tries to move into range but Romero moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Pete Cuban has been cut.
Cuban closes the distance and clinches.
Cuban has clasped his hands together around Romero's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Cuban is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Romero has escaped the position, nice work there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cuban is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Romero's shoulder. That is not cool.
Cuban in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Romero is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
