Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carl Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Acton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters had to take extra time to make weight as they missed the initial 155lb limit. Carl Tyson came in at 157.8 and Frank Acton came in at 156.2 but after the extra two hours, both guys managed to get within the one pound allowance. No doubt it will have affected them physically though, so let's see if that has an impact on the fight. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Acton shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tyson's guard.

Acton jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Tyson is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Tyson and Acton has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Tyson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Acton asserts his dominance and retains side control.
