Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lothar Dornier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt DeLap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dornier comes to the cage accompanied by Prussian March "Frei Weg". Lothar Dornier could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Matt DeLap's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lothar Dornier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matt DeLap!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dornier moves out of range of the body kick from DeLap.
DeLap shoots in looking for a takedown. Dornier tries to sprawl out of it but DeLap keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dornier manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
DeLap avoids the head kick by Dornier.
DeLap lands a body shot.
DeLap takes a swing at Dornier's ribcage but misses.
DeLap comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
DeLap connects with a nice looking jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
DeLap wants to slow Dornier down by chopping away at his legs.

DeLap fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dornier, pushing him back against the cage.
DeLap landing knees to the body.
Dornier is breathing heavily.
DeLap trying to land knees to the body.
DeLap lands with a short shot to the head.

DeLap manages to break the clinch.
DeLap swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dornier.
Dornier throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
DeLap lands a nice shot to the body.
DeLap cracks a nice hook into Dornier's ribs.
No joy there for DeLap, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
DeLap bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

It looks like Lothar Dornier has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A lazy left from DeLap finds it's target.
Dornier checks the leg kick.
DeLap is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dornier.
Dornier throws a head kick but DeLap moves out of range.
DeLap connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Dornier momentarily.
Matt DeLap seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dornier blocks a low kick nicely.
DeLap drops Dornier with a beautiful combination! Dornier stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - DeLap is looking for the KO!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dornier stuffs the takedown attempt from DeLap. DeLap gets slowly back to his feet.
Dornier walks into a stiff left hand from DeLap.
DeLap lands with a big right hook that stumbles Dornier - he's out on his feet here! DeLap follows up with another monster hook that separates Dornier from consciousness! Dornier falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! DeLap stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
