PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emmet Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar comes to the cage accompanied by Enae Volare Mezzo. Brown has chosen Back to the Future as his entrance music. Emmet Brown will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown wants to stand and escape but instead Lesnar has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Brown is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lesnar is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Lesnar goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Brown has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Lesnar but great work by Brown.

Brown decides to stand back up. Brown steps back and let's Lesnar get back to his feet.

Lesnar tries to clinch up but Brown circles away and keeps his distance.
Lesnar throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brown's waist but Brown gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lesnar off to one side.

and Lesnar counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Lesnar.

Lesnar has his foot on Brown's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brown works his way back into a safe position though.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lesnar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Brown looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Lesnar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Brown knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Lesnar is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Brown is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Brown flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Lesnar anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Brown and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Lesnar slips an arm under Brown chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Lesnar has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Lesnar is squeezing on Brown like an anaconda would it's prey. Brown fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
