Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between john Him (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Putznaya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victor Putznaya will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Him changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Putznaya looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Putznaya is not content to let Him control the position.
Him really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...

Him has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
john Him seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Putznaya misses with a few strikes there.

Him moves into the clinch successfully.

Him breaks from the clinch.
Him wants to clinch up but Putznaya keeps it at a distance.

Him really is a fat lump.
Putznaya lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Putznaya really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Him. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Putznaya has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Him is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Him gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Him gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Him apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Him shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Putznaya but Putznaya pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Victor Putznaya is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Putznaya's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
