Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krystof Mckay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Balls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krystof Mckay could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bubba Balls's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Krystof Mckay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bubba Balls!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balls blocks a jab.
Mckay fails to land with a series of punches.

Mckay rushes Balls and presses him up against the cage.
Mckay just leaning against Balls, taking a breather.

Mckay has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Balls regains guard immediately.
Mckay is pushing down on Balls's leg trying to pass to half guard. Balls is fighting to maintain full guard but Mckay has managed to sneak the leg through.
Mckay with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Mckay is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Balls!
Balls really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mckay. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Balls tries to lock up and control but Mckay gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Balls blocking the ground and pound.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Balls can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mckay is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Balls to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Balls shrugs it off.

Mckay has hold of Balls's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Balls manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Mckay content just to control the position here.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Mckay with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Mckay cracks Balls with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Balls uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mckay.
Mckay catches Balls with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Balls forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

As Krystof Mckay got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: It feels great to have the belt around my waist. After so many blown chances it amazing to finally win a belt. I hope to keep it for a long time.'.
