The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Topper Green and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Gracie with that takedown attempt.
Gracie tries for a takedown but Mankowski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mankowski thuds a left hand into Gracie's body.
Mankowski lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gracie at a distance.

Gracie takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Mankowski lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Mankowski sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mankowski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Gracie has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Mankowski !
Mankowski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mankowski keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Gracie lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Mankowski is looking to improve his position but Gracie isn't that keen on the idea.

Gracie postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Mankowski in real trouble here! The ref calls for Mankowski to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
