Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Caeser Augustus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Duritz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Augustus feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Augustus stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duritz swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Duritz manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Augustus manages to get himself to full guard.
Duritz wants to control from the top but Augustus keeps moving.
Augustus bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Duritz's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Duritz has hold of one of Augustus's legs. Augustus is fighting the takedown attempt but Duritz gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Augustus escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Duritz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
