The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Najib Osman takes the fight into the clinch.
Najib Osman has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bruce is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Bruce breaks the clinch.
Bruce really is a fat lump.
Bruce takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Juan Bruce has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Najib Osman.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Najib Osman content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bruce regains half guard, as Najib Osman was trying to land strikes.

Najib Osman is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bruce sees it coming and defends easily.
Najib Osman is trying to control the action in half guard but Bruce is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Najib Osman takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Najib Osman wants to stand up but Bruce manages to regain full guard.

Najib Osman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Bruce looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Najib Osman is defending well. Bruce quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Najib Osman has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Bruce celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
