Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Luis Engracia and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreno fails with a takedown attempt.

and Moreno takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Daniels counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Daniels.
Daniels has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Moreno after a bit of a struggle.

Moreno dives in and grabs Daniels's left leg, looking for a takedown. Daniels pushes down on Moreno's head and hops out.

Daniels is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Daniels is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Daniels seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Moreno for as long as he can get away with.
BOOM! Daniels connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Moreno is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Daniels, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
