Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glover Teixeira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stuart Elliott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teixeira comes to the cage accompanied by rocky theme song. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Stuart Elliott was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Glover Teixeira!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Stuart Elliott!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teixeira paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Glover Teixeira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Elliott looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Elliott prevents Teixeira from getting back to his feet.
Elliott content to stall in guard here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Teixeira wants to stand up but Elliott is controlling him.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Elliott slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Stuart Elliott.
Elliott takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Teixeira seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Teixeira lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Teixeira lands a big uppercut and Elliott crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Elliott looks OK. Teixeira waves Elliott back to his feet!

It looks like Stuart Elliott has been cut.
Elliott changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Teixeira tries to avoid it but Elliott manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Teixeira to the ground. Teixeira escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Teixeira gets caught flat footed, as Elliott shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Elliott stops Teixeira from standing up.
Elliott seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Teixeira wants to stand and escape but Elliott is having none of it.

Teixeira is working an open guard so Elliott takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
No joy there for Teixeira, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Elliott looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Teixeira listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Teixeira swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Elliott.
Elliott get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Elliott stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Teixeira runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
