Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Bomba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bomba forces Daniels back against the cage and clinches.
Daniels wants to take the fight to the mat but Bomba manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Daniels gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Daniels thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Daniels controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bomba is on top in guard.
Daniels might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bomba slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Bomba got a little sloppy there for a moment and Daniels has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bomba has managed to get both his arms back between Daniels's legs - danger averted.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Andre Bomba wasn't active enough on the ground.

Daniels throws a series of punches but Bomba moves out of range.

and Bomba cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Daniels gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bomba to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Daniels gets control of Bomba's arms and successfully pulls guard. Daniels will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Daniels is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bomba is controlling him.
Bomba wants to pass the guard but Daniels is keeping the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bomba wants to control from the top but Daniels keeps moving.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Jonny Daniels will probably get the nod.

Daniels misses with a left hand
and Bomba counters with a left and a right that stings Daniels.

Daniels closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bomba did well to prevent Daniels getting side control.
Daniels passes the guard and advances to mount!
Daniels tries to control but Bomba wriggling away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bomba is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Daniels is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bomba can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Bomba wants to hold on but Daniels pushes him away.
Bomba really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Daniels. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bomba is working to get back to half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Daniels lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

It looks like Andre Bomba has been cut.
Bomba is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bomba is wriggling around trying to escape.
Bomba tries to hold on but Daniels postures up.

Daniels working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Daniels lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

The cut above Andre Bomba's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Andre Bomba's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
