Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dannie Fuentes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jon Hitman!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuentes takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Hitman scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.


It looks like Dannie Fuentes has been cut.
Hitman throws a nice outside leg kick.
Hitman doesn't manage to clinch there - Fuentes circles away.
Fuentes takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fuentes keeps the fight on the outside.
Hitman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fuentes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fuentes takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Hitman closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Hitman stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Fuentes tries to pull guard but Hitman forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Hitman scores with a shot to the side of Fuentes's head.
Fuentes jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hitman walks away with a smile on his face. Fuentes gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hitman tries to bum rush Fuentes with a series of wild strikes but Fuentes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sloppy strikes from Hitman. Those never looked like landing.
Fuentes keeps the fight on the outside.
A nice inside leg kick there by Hitman. That's going to slow Fuentes down.
Hitman cracks the inside of Fuentes's front leg.
Fuentes is breathing heavily.
Hitman lands a nice looking body shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Hitman.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hitman comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hitman misses with a two punch combination.
Hitman turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Fuentes slips a jab and a cross from Hitman.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hitman connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Fuentes tumbling to the canvas! Hitman pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Fuentes was done - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jon Hitman!
