Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Sparrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard comes to the cage accompanied by Manafest - Fire In The Kitchen. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!
