The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Swagger shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Swagger lands a nice shot to the head.
bo is trying desperately to improve position.

Swagger has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Swagger wants to control the pace but bo is squirming around nicely.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Swagger is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but bo is surviving well by controlling Swagger's body position as best he can.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Swagger has hold of bo's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and bo manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
bo is looking to improve his position but Swagger isn't that keen on the idea.
