Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Martin Harder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heino Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heino Green told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Green.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Harder sneaks back into half guard.
Green looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Green really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harder. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Green working over Harder with some ground and pound. Harder looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Green tries to lock up and control but Harder gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Green wants to control from the top but Harder keeps moving.

Harder is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Green is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
We've been hearing good reports from Harder's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Green wants to get up but he can't break Harder's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Harder has his feet on Green's thighs here. He's pushed Green off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Green screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
