Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leon Lance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Grace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Leon Lance!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Miguel Grace!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lance works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Grace drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Grace throwing strikes but missing.
Lance is pulling down on Grace's head. It's preventing any offense from Grace, at least for the moment.
Lance looking to hit a scissor sweep but Grace is one step ahead there.
Lance looking to control.
Grace working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Lance not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Leon Lance wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Grace shoots in for a takedown but Lance shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lance stuffs the takedown.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Lance counters with a nice uppercut.

Lance leaves Grace with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Grace takes one on the button.
Grace shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lance as he avoids it easily.
Lance lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Lance rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Grace moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Grace dives in and grabs Lance's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lance pushes down on Grace's head and hops out.
Lance thuds his right hand into Grace's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grace uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lance.
Lance looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Grace closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Grace lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Lance is adopting a defensive guard.
Lance is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Grace postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lance is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Grace, into his guard.

Lance trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Lance trying to control the position from guard on top but Grace is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Grace is trying to keep Lance in close.
Lance preventing the sweep.
Lance passes into half guard.
Grace wants to get back to full guard.

Lance seems to be working for a kimura but Grace defends the submission attempt.
Lance throwing shots but Grace is blocking nicely.
Grace moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Grace looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lance is one step ahead there.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Grace has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lance can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Grace manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lance manages to get himself to full guard.
Lance is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Grace wants to control from the top but Lance keeps moving.

Lance looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Grace is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Grace postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lance is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Grace, into his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Leon Lance dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Lance connects with a crisp jab.
Lance lands with a cross.
Grace shoots in for a takedown but Lance shows good takedown defense.
Lance clobbers Grace with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Lance throws a nice looking combination but Grace bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lance displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Leon Lance is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Grace darts in looking for a takedown but Lance gets double underhooks and turns Grace into the ropes.
Lance tries to break free but Grace pushes him back against the ropes.
Grace drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lance pulls his leg out and moves away.
Leon Lance has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miguel Grace.
Grace gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Grace shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Grace fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Grace walks into a left hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lance fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Grace shoots in but Lance avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lance listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Grace has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Grace there as he acknowledges the shot.

Grace closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lance circles away.
Grace shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Lance counters with a crisp right hand that drops Grace! Lance lets Grace back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Grace is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lance is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Grace hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
