Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frankie Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leland Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barnes comes to the ring accompanied by Black Eyed Peas - Imma Be. Palmer has chosen Annihilator - Fun Palace as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Palmer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Palmer has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Barnes uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Palmer.
Palmer looks to land a left hand but Barnes moved out of range nicely.
Barnes ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Palmer misses with an uppercut. Barnes saw that one coming.
Barnes bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Palmer's head backwards.
Palmer has a takedown stuffed.
Barnes scores with the left hand. Palmer knows he should have avoided that one.
Barnes fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Barnes throws a quick inside leg kick.
Palmer misses with a shot to the body
and Barnes counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Barnes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barnes lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Barnes unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Palmer looks winded!

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Barnes obliges.

Palmer's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Barnes drops Palmer with a big knee straight up the middle! Palmer is covering up against the ropes but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Palmer is rocked!
It looks like Leland Palmer has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Palmer walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Barnes swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

Our winner, Frankie Barnes, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
The defeated Leland Palmer had this to say: 'Owwie. Guess I still haven't shaken the cobwebs from being on the sidelines for so long. Don't worry; I'll take the title in 2-3 months. :)'.
