The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dos Santos.
Bishop really is a fat lump.
Dos Santos lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bishop at a distance.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dos Santos wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bishop has him pressed against the cage.
Dos Santos wants to get back to striking at distance but Bishop won't allow it.
The referee is keeping an eye on Bishop - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Bishop has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Dos Santos uses from the top position.

Bishop shoots in for a double leg but Dos Santos sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Dos Santos cracks Bishop with an uppercut from hell and Bishop crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Dos Santos's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Bishop is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dos Santos gets to his feet - Bishop follows without any prompting.
Dos Santos goes for a small jab and connects. Now Dos Santos goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Bishop stumbles back but Dos Santos runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Bishop to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Bishop will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
