The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taments darts in and clinches Stallworth up against the cage.
Stallworth looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Taments is working for takedown but Stallworth is calmly controlling the position for now.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Taments can do anything to dispel that myth.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Taments really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stallworth. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stallworth avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Taments has his hands on Stallworth's head, controlling the position.
Taments bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stallworth's guard.
Taments in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Taments tries to free his leg and advance position but Stallworth is retaining full guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Taments is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Drew Taments.

Taments tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Stallworth avoids it.

Taments wants to take the fight to the mat but Stallworth manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Buster Stallworth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drew Taments.
Taments gets control of Stallworth's arms and successfully pulls guard. Taments will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Stallworth seems to have got his legs back now.
Taments wants to sweep here but Stallworth controlling him for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Taments looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Stallworth wanted to stand there but Taments had control of the position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Taments is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Stallworth tries to keep at a distance but Taments has taken the fight into the clinch.
Stallworth on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Taments is pressed up against the cage. Stallworth has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Taments down to the mat. Taments avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Taments misses with a series of wild punches.
Taments lands a big right hook! Stallworth looks hurt but is still standing! Taments lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Stallworth falls down and Taments dives in with a huge hammer fist! Stallworth's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Taments runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Drew Taments!
An out of breath Drew Taments thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
