Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barton Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sef Sarmiento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Barton Lucas has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sarmiento drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lucas looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lucas looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lucas!
Lucas is looking to take a break and control but Sarmiento is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee asks Lucas politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Lucas prefers to stall for the moment though.
Sarmiento takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Lucas stands up and we're back to a striking position.
