The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lobas checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Makeshian tries to close the distance and clinch but Lobas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Andy Lobas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lobas misses with a wild combination.
Makeshian fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Lobas throws a series of punches but Makeshian avoids them all with ease.
Lobas scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Lobas moves out of range as Makeshian throws a body kick.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Lobas moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Makeshian! Lobas continues to tee off on Makeshian, landing with a left and a right! Lobas connects with a right hand that leaves Makeshian sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Lobas!
