Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joan Mcclain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zacharyck Zack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joan Mcclain has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joan Mcclain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zacharyck Zack!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, John Kavanagh and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zack fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mcclain, pushing him back against the cage.
Zack keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mcclain's efforts to push away.
Mcclain goes for a takedown in the clinch but Zack prevents it.
Mcclain on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Mcclain wants to get back to striking at distance but Zack won't allow it.
Mcclain tries to throw a body punch but Zack avoids it by throwing Mcclain back against the cage.

Mcclain pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Mcclain gets caught napping as Zack dives in and scores a takedown. Mcclain manages to retain guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Zack slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Mcclain is striking but Zack is not phased and passes to half guard.
Zack scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Zack has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Zack is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mcclain flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Mcclain makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mcclain.
Zack slips nicely into half guard.
Zack takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Mcclain has a hand on Zack's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Zack takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Mcclain really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mcclain can't escape the position.
Zack looking to control and managing it successfully.
Mcclain throwing hammer fists to the chest of Zack. What's that going to do exactly?

Mcclain tries to reverse the position but Zack maintains control.
Mcclain is working hard here to advance position.
Mcclain is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Zack connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Mcclain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zack on the ground.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Zack sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Zack prevents Mcclain from getting the reversal.
Zack lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Mcclain manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Zack not doing much here.
Zack seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mcclain does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Zack might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mcclain haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Still in half guard, Zack seems content to control.

Mcclain looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Mcclain is in trouble now - Zack has advanced to mount!
Mcclain is breathing heavily.

Zack wants to control the pace but Mcclain is squirming around nicely.
A nice elbow there by Zack.
Zack cracks Mcclain with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Mcclain is rocked!
Zack has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Mcclain's face.
Oh Mcclain is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zack content just to control the position here.
Zack postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Mcclain badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Zack around the waist but Zack pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Zack is the winner by TKO! Zack jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
