Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sting Heller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Wombat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heller comes to the cage accompanied by brock . Sting Heller has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wombat tries to clinch up
so Heller counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Heller looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Wombat controls Heller momentarily but Heller frees himself.
Heller stops Wombat from standing up.

Heller drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Wombat manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Heller has Wombat in his guard.

Wombat tries to free his leg and advance position but Heller is retaining full guard.
Wombat working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Heller seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Wombat would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Heller is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Wombat gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Wombat thows a huge punch but Heller dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Heller has one foot on Wombat's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Wombat closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Heller's guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Heller pushes Wombat off and gets back to his feet.
Wombat shoots in and gets a takedown into Heller's guard.
Heller wriggles free and stands up.
Wombat tries to clinch there but Heller circles away.
Wombat is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

The fight stays on the outside here - Wombat looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Wombat moves in looking to clinch but Heller pushes him off.
Wombat fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wombat will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Wombat tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Heller counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Heller drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Heller jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Heller stops Wombat from standing up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Heller drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Heller as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Wombat screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Heller! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Sting Heller!
A determined Sting Heller didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
