The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson tries for a takedown but Duffee sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Duffee has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Johnson is working away from the top position though.

Johnson shoots in for a double leg but Duffee sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Johnson drops back looking for a leg! Duffee is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Duffee manages to kick Johnson off! Johnson jumps back into Duffee's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Johnson throws a right hand that Duffee ducks under and follows up with a left that Duffee also avoids with ease.
Johnson dives in and grabs Duffee's left leg, looking for a takedown. Duffee pushes down on Johnson's head and hops out.

Johnson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Duffee has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Johnson has managed to get both his arms back between Duffee's legs - danger averted.

Duffee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Johnson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Duffee isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Johnson stacks Duffee on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Johnson!
