Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tsuyoshi Shibasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesys Kazlauskas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cesys Kazlauskas will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shibasaki stalling away here and it's allowed Kazlauskas to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Kazlauskas is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kazlauskas drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kazlauskas jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kazlauskas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Shibasaki sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kazlauskas somewhat.

Kazlauskas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Shibasaki paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cesys Kazlauskas is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Shibasaki scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Shibasaki perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Kazlauskas is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Shibasaki pulls his head out easily.

Kazlauskas jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Shibasaki manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Kazlauskas has an Americana. Shibasaki didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kazlauskas is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kazlauskas hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
