Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Winfred Lindsay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Noel Flake!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flake throws a shot to the body.

Flake shoots in and bounces Lindsay off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Flake stays in close to Lindsay's body and controls the position.
Lindsay looking for a sweep. Not yet Lindsay, not yet.
Flake stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lindsay swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Flake trying to control the position from guard on top but Lindsay is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Noel Flake was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Flake is looking to advance position but Lindsay won't allow it.

Flake is looking for a kimura but Lindsay is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Flake to get the leverage.

Flake thows a huge punch but Lindsay dodges it nicely.
Lindsay is refusing to be controlled, as Flake sits in half guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Lindsay connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Flake to escape the position.
Lindsay doesn't have the hooks in and Flake manages to turn into his guard.

Flake shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lindsay manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Flake is looking to work some ground and pound but Lindsay has wrist control.

Flake stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lindsay swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Flake would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Noel Flake has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Flake scores with a hook to the body. Lindsay takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Flake manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Lindsay on his heels. He'll look to pass Lindsay's guard now, I'm sure.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Lindsay is looking to regain half guard here but Flake keeps moving and retains side control.
Lindsay wants to get back to his feet.

Flake is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lindsay has escaped the position, nice work there.

Flake tries to clinch but Lindsay moves out of range.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lindsay enables Flake to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lindsay manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Flake is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Flake passes into half guard.

Flake controlling the action here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Noel Flake showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Flake looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Flake is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Lindsay has managed to free his arm - good work.

Flake wants to pass to mount but Lindsay is defending the position.

Noel Flake comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Flake has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
