Anikitos's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ganja Mafia - Wirus. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Der Voort misses with a body kick.

Anikitos punishes Van Der Voort's body with a nice straight punch.
Anikitos keeps Van Der Voort at a distance using the push kick.

Anikitos instigates a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Anikitos scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Anikitos keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Van Der Voort's efforts to push away.

Van Der Voort wants to get back to striking at distance but Anikitos won't allow it.

Van Der Voort looks for the body kick but Anikitos saw that one coming.
Van Der Voort takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Anikitos tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Van Der Voort paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Van Der Voort tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Anikitos takes a swing at Van Der Voort's ribcage but misses.
Van Der Voort takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Anikitos and Van Der Voort are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Anikitos throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Van Der Voort into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Anikitos knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Kratos Anikitos decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
