The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from McConor. Givens does a little dance to reset his feet.
Givens tries to close the distance and clinch but McConor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McConor manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Givens on his heels. He'll look to pass Givens's guard now, I'm sure.
McConor stands up from Givens's guard - McConor perhaps looking for a knockout.
Givens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McConor's waist but McConor gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Givens off to one side.
McConor tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Givens is able to avoid easily.
